The qualification provides learners with the essential digital skills which are needed in a wide range of situations in life and at work. For example, successful learners will be able to make appointments, order goods and services, organise payments using online platforms, conduct video calls, create, edit and save a range of documents, and troubleshoot basic problems on their device. At Level 1 the focus is primarily on digital skills for work with a secondary focus on digital skills for life.

This is a fabulous class for those who want to learn a new language or those who want to re-learn a language from scratch. We have excellent Tutors who will help you achieve. Please note this course is designed to be delivered over a full academic year, covering three terms. If you wish to join the course in term 2 or term 3 please contact the centre to arrange an initial assessment to check that this is the right course and level for you.
