This qualification is aimed at anyone who wishes to develop an in-depth knowledge of the health and safety requirements in warehouses, the processes surrounding storing and dispatching warehousing goods and the importance of customer service in a warehousing environment. The course aims to provide learners with a route to employment in the logistics sector, but can also support those currently working in the sector to progress in their role and advance their career. However, it is worth noting the content in the course is heavily video based – so learners should be made aware of this early on and we should check they are comfortable from a visual/audio point of view before they are enrolled on the course.

The purpose of this qualification is to give learners the skills to support colleagues with mental health problems. These skills will be gained by increasing the learner’s knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and the principles of mental health first aid and how this can be implemented in the workplace. This qualification is suitable for learners who wish to raise awareness of mental health, creating a culture of care and the promotion of positive mental health. This qualification gives learners the opportunity to understand mental health, its associated care and how this can be applied to learners or colleagues in the workplace.
