Do you want to improve your reading skills? Do you want to join a fun and friendly class? If the answer is yes then this could be the right course for you! By the end of this course your knowledge and skills will have improved and you will be confident to: use prepositions, adverbials and connectives, use knowledge of common words to understand text and find information, use detailed reading to find specific information. If this sounds very complicated do not worry! You will work with an experienced and enthusiastic ESOL tutor and a group of your peers to develop the skills and knowledge to achieve this qualification and be in the best position to move forward with your studies. Do you want to improve your reading skills? This could be the qualification for you! You will work with our highly qualified and experienced tutors, and your peers, to develop your appreciation and understanding of the written word. You will be skilfully guided to achieve success in an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This is an intensive and demanding qualification; you must be able to commit to attend each class to give you the best opportunity to succeed. In addition you will receive homework each week and you must commit to complete this in a timely manner so your tutor can give you feedback on where you can make improvements to your work. This award acts as a stand alone qualification in its own right or can be studied as part of a Level 2 Certificate in ESOL Skills for Life. To achieve the full certificate you will need to also achieve an Award in Writing at level 2 and an Award in Speaking and Listening; Adult Learning can help with this!
