About the course:

You must please enrol on and complete an Intro to Mindfulness session first, before joining this workshop.
This workshop will focus on sharing background knowledge of relaxation, facilitation of group discussion and exploration of formal and informal mindfulness practice to equip you with the ability to incorporate mindfulness into your life in relation to relaxation.

How will the course be delivered?

This workshop will be delivered by experienced mindfulness tutor Jane Hodgkinson in one of our local learning spaces or online via Zoom. The sessions will include discussion, sharing ideas and short mindfulness practices.
*This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners. Learners will join the class from home and be able to exchange and interact with other learners as they would in the classroom (speaking and listening). Learners will be required to turn on their camera throughout the session for safeguarding compliance. There will be a discussion and demonstration. You will have opportunities to discuss and ask questions- this is an interactive course with the Tutor present throughout.

What do I need to bring?

You should bring a pen and a notebook to each session along with a bottle of water. If you are joining an online class you will need a laptop, tablet or smartphone and a stable internet connection.
