About the course:

This is a creative non–digital illustration course that focuses on all things bookish! You will learn to illustrate in different ways and use a variety of mixed media. You will focus on different topics throughout the term, and you will be encouraged to experiment with ideas and use different techniques such as 3D illustration, printing, collage etc. At intermediate level, class discussion and group feedback is an important part of the learning process as you learn how to develop your ideas. You will also look at contemporary and traditional illustrators for inspiration and discover your own style along the way.

How will the course be delivered?

This course is delivered face to face at Botcherby CC by talented artist and illustrator Lynn Nixon.
