All ingredients are provided, and tutor Sharon Haddow will show you how to make delicious, nutritious meals. Seasonal eating is healthier, has a positive impact on the environment and supports local farms and shops.

None, just a willingness to learn. Any allergies must be mentioned to the tutor on the first session.

Cooking with Leftovers, Food Safety Level 2. there is also an opportunity to do basic cooking courses as well as Functional Skills Maths and English.
