You will also learn about ways to look after your own mental health and wellbeing and where to go for help when it is needed.

How will the course be delivered?

The course will be delivered by one of our specialist tutors.

Activities will often include discussions, group and pair work, written work, Q&A and worksheets. Your tutor will ensure that the lessons are engaging, interactive and supportive.

What do I need to bring?

You need to bring a pen, notebook and any other items guided by your tutor.
