About the course:
This course is for Adults who are interested in improving their basic digital skills in readiness for entry onto the EDSQ Entry 3 Qualification course or community learning courses. We will go through how to manage files and folders, how to open, save & close a Word document, how to screen shot and create a Gmail account.How will the course be delivered?
You will work directly with your tutor as part of a small group covering the course aims. Your tutor will feed back to you throughout each session on your progress.
What do I need to bring?
You might find a pen and notebook handy to take notes and if you wear glasses don't forget to bring those too.
What are the entry requirements?
None. This course is designed for students who would like to gain confidence in their digital skills. Ideally, Learners will already have some basic knowledge of using a PC.
What can I do next?
On successful completion of this course you can progress onto a the Introduction to IT, or the Nationally Accredited Qualification such as the new Essential Digital Skills Qualification or many of our other Digital Skills courses and workshops.
