About the course

This course will explain what neurodiversity means, the different types of neurodiversity, misconceptions surrounding neurodiversity, benefits of neurodiversity to society, and the challenges faced by those who are neurodiverse. The course will examine how to support neurodiverse people in the workplace or voluntary sector, and which support organisations can be helpful.

How the course will be delivered

You will work directly with your tutor as part of a small group in one of our local learning spaces. The sessions will include discussion and sharing ideas, you will have short tasks to complete and will receive materials to keep and to stimulate your own further learning in the future.

What you'll need to bring

You should bring a pen and a notebook to each session.
