About the course:

This workshop is designed to give you an introduction to Mindfulness. Covering the basic theoretical concepts and incorporating practical exercises. You are invited to start to explore and experience this practice of focusing the attention on the present moment.

How will the course be delivered?

This workshop will be delivered by experienced mindfulness tutor Jane Hodgkinson in one of our local learning spaces or online via Zoom. The sessions will include discussion, sharing ideas and short mindfulness practices.

What do I need to bring?

You may wish to bring a bottle of water, a pen and notepad.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements for this workshop although you should be open to trying some simple mindfulness techniques as part of a group.

What can I do next?

If you would like to explore Mindfulness further you may choose to progress on the Mindfulness Practise course or a Mindfulness Based Approach workshop.

How well am I doing?

During the session there will be guidance and opportunity for you to reflect on your learning.
