About the course:
Do you run out of things to say in an interview? Do you dread when they get to the part asking you: "Is there anything you would like to ask us?" If you answer "Yes" to these questions, then this double workshop is for you. You will learn how to prepare well ahead of the interview itself, know what to wear and how to make that all-important first impression. You will learn about different types of interviews including online, recorded and telephone as well as traditional face to face. Now, more than ever, it is vital to get it right first time. This course will give you the confidence to perform well, to give yourself the best chance of success.How will the course be delivered?
The course will be delivered by one of our specialist tutors. You will be taught in one of our centres or in our virtual classroom (via Zoom). There will be 2 sessions (90 minutes each): the first will focus on preparation and in the second you will practise answering questions and evaluating your performance.
What do I need to bring?
You need to bring a pen, notebook and any other items guided by your tutor. If your course is in our online classroom (Zoom) you will need a computer, smart phone or tablet and a good internet connection.
What are the entry requirements?
There are no entry requirements however you will need good basic IT skills to get the most out of the workshop if you are attending online.
What can I do next?
On completion of this course you can progress to many other Employability courses and workshops including courses on confidence, communication and presentation skills. You may also choose to progress to an English, Maths or IT course.
