About the course
On this course you will use watercolour paint and experiment with a variety of techniques to convey the subtlety of winter shadows, diffused light, colour and tone. Effectively conveying the atmosphere of a winter landscape or scene.
How the course will be delivered
You'll be taught by Karen our highly qualified art tutor. Throughout the course your tutor will give you feedback and encouragement. The course will be delivered via a
mixture of tutor demonstration, discussion and
experimentation, building your confidence and leading towards an independently created final piece of artwork
What you'll need to bring
No need to buy any materials ahead of the course, resources to get you started will be supplied and as the course progresses Karen will discuss with you the most suitable equipment and materials to buy to help you continue on your artistic journey.
Entry requirements
Some experience of painting with watercolours is advisable. Ideally you will have completed a beginners watercolour course within the last 1-2 years or be able to show equivalent knowledge and skills e.g. from other prior learning.
