About the course
This course is designed for students with very limited computer knowledge and those who are interested in gaining basic knowledge on how to use IT.
How the course will be delivered
You will work directly with your tutor as part of a small group covering the course aims. Your tutor will feed back to you throughout each session on your progress. You may have homework tasks to complete between each session and you will receive feedback on the work submitted.
What you'll need to bring
You might find a pen and notebook handy to take notes and if you wear glasses don't forget to bring those too.
Entry requirements
This course is designed for students who have never used a PC or last used one a very long time ago. It is for those who have very basic skills and would like to gain confidence and an understanding of computer terms, skills and knowledge.
