About the course
Learn how to turn carded wool strands into felted fabric. On this course you will learn how to wet felt, set out a landscape image and then add to it with elements of needle felting and embroidery.
How the course will be delivered
Your tutor, Karen, holds a degree in textile design and has over 25 years of experience in education. Throughout this short course, she will provide constructive feedback and support to help you develop your skills and confidence. The course will be delivered through a blend of tutor demonstrations, group discussions, and hands-on experimentation, allowing you to explore and refine your artistic practice.
What you'll need to bring
There’s no need to purchase materials before the course begins. Resources to make your landscape will be provided and Karen will guide you in selecting the most suitable materials to continue your creative textile journey after the course ends.

No prior experience is required—just a passion for art, textile design, and creativity.
