About the course
Explore a range of materials and techniques to create unique artwork focused on textile design. Combine simple, mindful stitching with paper and fabric collage, printmaking, and found objects to craft unique textile pieces that blurs the boundary between art and textile design.
How the course will be delivered
Your tutor, Karen, holds a degree in textile design and has over 25 years of experience in education. Throughout the course, she will provide constructive feedback and support to help you develop your skills and confidence. The course will be delivered through a blend of tutor demonstrations, group discussions, and hands-on experimentation, allowing you to explore and refine your artistic practice.
What you'll need to bring
There’s no need to purchase materials before the course begins. Basic resources will be provided to get you started, and Karen will guide you in selecting the most suitable materials to continue your creative textile journey.
Entry requirements
No prior experience is required—just a passion for art, textile design, and creativity.
