About the course
Discover the joy of acrylic painting combined with the creative possibilities of Gelli plate printing in this hands-on course. You’ll explore layering techniques and textural effects while experimenting with both traditional and contemporary approaches. Perfect for learners who like to experiment and try new approaches to painting.
How the course will be delivered
Through detailed step-by-step demonstrations, discussions and regular support and encouragement.
What you'll need to bring
A set of watercolour materials including an A4 or larger sketchbook of watercolour paper, a small set of your preferred watercolours, a pencil, masking tape, a water container, mixing palette or plate, a board to tape your paper on, kitchen towel, a range of brushes and other materials you like to use. Other materials will be provided for you to experiment with.
Entry requirements
No formal entry requirements. It is a beginners course for learners who want to learn the basics and have a willingness to experiment.
