About the course
Discover the creative possibilities of Gelli plate printing in this hands-on course. You’ll explore layering techniques and textural effects while experimenting and creating a beautiful artist's sketchbook. The free-standing, concertina sketchbook will be made during the session and we will use the Gelli-print to fill it with colourful experiments . This is perfect for learners who like to experiment and try new approaches to art..
How the course will be delivered
Through detailed step-by-step demonstrations, discussions and regular support and encouragement.
What you'll need to bring
As this is a beginners introductory session, a Gelli print set and a selection of materials will be provided for you to try and use during the session. However, please feel free to bring any drawing materials, or acrylic paints you may have to experiment with and learn about.
Entry requirements
No formal entry requirements. It is a beginners course for learners who want to learn the basics and have a willingness to experiment.
