About the course

This accessible and supportive course introduces you to the fundamentals of drawing and painting the human figure. Starting with simple shapes and proportions, you will explore basic anatomy and learn how the body is structured and balanced. Through guided exercises, you will practise sketching a variety of poses, building confidence in capturing movement, gesture, and posture. No prior experience is needed, and all activities are designed to suit beginners, with clear demonstrations and supportive feedback.
