About the course
The sessions offer a welcoming introduction to the traditional craft of leaded stained glass. Designed for complete beginners, the tutor will guide you through each stage of the process, from developing a simple design to cutting coloured glass, shaping lead came, and soldering the panel together. You will work with professional tools and materials in a supportive environment, gaining hands-on experience and building confidence as they learn essential techniques step by step. Creativity is encouraged throughout, allowing each learner to produce a unique, personal piece of stained glass artwork. By the end, learners will have a completed small leaded glass panel to take home, along with the foundational skills needed to continue exploring stained glass craft independently.
