About the course
If you’ve ever looked at a children’s book and thought, ‘I could do that!’, then this course is for you.
You will work with a variety of materials, paint, collage, drawing, print etc to find your own style. Working from a brief, you’ll use your imagination to tell a story through images and characters.
How the course will be delivered
The course will be delivered face to face in a small group setting, with a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
What you'll need to bring
Bring a pencil, pen, and a sketchbook on your first session. You will need paint, pencil crayons, glue etc later in the course but we will discuss what you when you start. None of it will be expensive. Good budget ranges of materials can be bought from local outlets.
Entry requirements
Some painting and drawing skills are desirable but not essential. If you have a desire to create and to experiment with different styles and techniques, this course is perfect for you.
