About the course
Discover the hidden meanings and narratives woven into art in this beginner-friendly course. You'll explore how artists use symbols, allegory, and visual storytelling to convey deeper messages, through the discussion of iconic artworks, uncovering the symbols and stories behind them. Through guided discussions and creative activities, develop a deeper appreciation for how art communicates universal themes and individual journeys. No prior knowledge of Art History needed!

Face to face with our amazing art tutor Amy.
What you'll need to bring
You will need a pen and notebook to take notes. You will also need plasticine/play dough, and colouring pencils or watercolour paints to help understand some of the points when we discuss form, shape, texture, and colour.
