About the course
The course invites learners to explore the calming, inspiring shapes found in the natural world and translate them into creative artwork. Through gentle drawing, mark-making, and mixed-media activities, participants observe and respond to patterns such as spirals, waves, symmetry, and repetition. The course encourages mindfulness, close looking, and personal expression, helping learners connect with nature while using art as a tool for relaxation and wellbeing. Suitable for beginners, it offers a peaceful space to slow down, notice more, and create with intention.
