About the course
This workshop will help you identify the barriers which may be stopping you from making decisions and identifying your goals. You will think about the things you would like to achieve and break them down into manageable steps. You will consider the consequences of decisions and create an action plan to enable you to work towards achieving your goal.
How the course will be delivered
Your tutor will tell you how you are doing in the sessions and your progress will be recorded in your Individual Progress Record. You will work with your tutor to identify any particular areas that you want to improve and your tutor will support you achieve your goals.
What you'll need to bring
You should bring a pen and a notebook to the session.
Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements, just a desire to move forward in your own life.

On completion of this workshop you can progress to a range of other courses and workshops including courses on mindfulness, personal development or positive thinking and self-esteem. You may also choose to progress to an English, maths or IT course.
